Terms of Service

Welcome to Itigo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of itigo.io and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Itigo ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Itigo

Itigo helps travellers and destinations plan trips with AI-assisted itineraries, place recommendations, and supporting content. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Don't share your account with others and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Submit content that infringes others' rights or that you don't have permission to share.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with a destination or business.

4. Trip content and third-party information

Itineraries, maps, opening hours, photography, and place details are provided for inspiration. They may be generated by AI or sourced from third parties (including Google Places and Unsplash) and can be inaccurate or out of date. Always confirm critical details — visas, bookings, accessibility, transit — directly with operators before you travel.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the trips, notes, and media you create. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content so we can run the Service for you (for example, sending you your itinerary by email or showing it to people you share a link with).

6. Paid plans

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund terms will be shown at checkout. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that itineraries are complete, that places will be open, or that travel will be safe or available. Use independent judgement and consult official sources.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Itigo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we'll let you know in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
