Itigo
Accessibility
Last updated May 27, 2026
Itigo is built so travellers of all abilities can plan and enjoy their trips. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and we treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-off audit.
What we do
- Semantic HTML, descriptive landmarks, and a logical heading order.
- Keyboard navigation for every interactive element, with visible focus states.
- Sufficient colour contrast and a layout that scales with browser zoom up to 200%.
- Alternative text on meaningful images; decorative imagery is hidden from assistive tech.
- Form fields with associated labels and clear error messages.
- Respect for prefers-reduced-motion in animated transitions.
Known limitations
Some third-party content we display — including maps, place photos from Google Places, and imagery from Unsplash — may not meet the same standard. We surface text alternatives wherever possible and we're working to improve the rest.
Assistive technology we test with
- VoiceOver on macOS and iOS
- TalkBack on Android
- NVDA on Windows
- Keyboard-only navigation in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge
Report a barrier
If something on Itigo is hard or impossible to use, please tell us so we can fix it. Email accessibility@itigo.io with the page URL, the device and assistive technology you're using, and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Alternative formats
Need an itinerary in a different format (large print, plain text, emailed as a checklist)? Get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
